- Ensures that all parts are properly tagged & updated in DMS locations

- Order collection from workshop, Places daily parts orders. Stocks and posts incoming orders.

- Assists parts manager in processing weekly stock orders.

- Serves as back-up for parts manager for inventory functions.

- Maintains up-to-date parts price list.

- Provides necessary information to the warranty dept to allow prompt filing of parts warranties.

- Returns parts as needed and removes from inventory after credit is received.

- Matches purchase orders and invoices, approves, and forwards to accounting office.

- Files company copies of parts counter invoices.

- Assists in preparing for and performing annual parts inventory.

- Ensures that all parts are properly tagged & updated in DMS locations





- Inventory Checks as directed by the Parts Manager.

- Maintaining Sales Officer Accessory Sales Data

- Forwarding Invoices to Accounts Section everyday

- Submission of Damage Report / Insurance Claims

- Monitors the dealership’s Service parts sales, service rate, and stocking level objectives

- Proficiency in usage of Electronic Parts Catalogue

- Daily Perpetual Inventory Audit (20 Line items) • Warehouse Hygiene (5S , 7 Storage Techniques)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
