- Plan and monitor daily production activities as per production schedule.
- Allocate manpower across wiring harness production lines and processes.
- Supervise operators and ensure achievement of daily production targets.
- Monitor wire cutting, stripping, crimping, terminal insertion, connector assembly, taping, bundling and testing processes.
- Ensure production is carried out as per BOM, drawings, work instructions and process standards.
- Monitor crimping parameters such as crimp height, wire length, stripping length and terminal insertion.
- Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Maintenance and Planning teams to resolve production issues.
- Identify and control rejection, rework, process abnormalities and material shortages.
- Ensure proper use of machines, tools, fixtures and harness boards.
- Maintain production reports, shift reports, rejection/rework data and manpower records.
- Train operators on work instructions, quality requirements, safety and 5S.
- Ensure proper 5S, safety,



discipline and housekeeping on the production floor.
- Support productivity improvement, Kaizen and waste-reduction activities.
- Escalate machine breakdowns, quality issues and production delays to the concerned department.
- Ensure smooth shift handover and proper communication between teams.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of wiring harness manufacturing processes
- Manpower handling and team supervision
- Production planning and target achievement
- Knowledge of crimping, cutting, stripping, connector assembly and harness testing
- Basic knowledge of quality systems and defect analysis
- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, BOMs and work instructions
- Basic MS Office / ERP knowledge

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,915.51 per month
