Job Description – International Marketing & Strategic Partnerships Intern – MBAAbout Beetloop
Beetloop is building a B2B technology and marketplace ecosystem for regulated product industries, connecting businesses across Food, Nutraceuticals, Cosmetics, Ingredients, Manufacturing, Testing, Packaging, Logistics, and related services.
As Beetloop expands into international markets, we are looking for an MBA Intern – International Marketing & Strategic Partnerships to support global market development, business partnerships, B2B marketing, and international business communication.
Job Summary
The intern will work closely with Beetloop’s leadership and business development team to support the company’s international expansion initiatives.
The role involves global market research, partner identification, B2B marketing, business communication, outreach, competitor intelligence, and partnership development.
The ideal candidate should be interested in International Business, International Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, B2B Marketing, and Business Development, with strong research, communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
This is a business-focused role and not purely a content-writing position. The intern will be expected to contribute to the complete process of identifying and developing international opportunities.
Key Responsibilities1. International Market Research & Expansion
- Research potential international markets and identify business opportunities for Beetloop.
- Study country-specific industry landscapes, customer segments, competitors, regulations, associations, and business ecosystems.
- Identify relevant opportunities across North America, Europe, Middle East, Asia-Pacific, Central Asia, and emerging markets.
- Monitor developments in FoodTech, Nutraceuticals, Cosmetics, Manufacturing, AI, SaaS, B2B marketplaces, and other regulated-product industries.
- Prepare concise market research reports, country briefs, and opportunity assessments for management review.
- Identify potential market-entry opportunities based on industry trends and business requirements.
2. Strategic Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify and research potential international partners across relevant industries and ecosystems.
- Build prospect lists covering:
- Industry associations and trade organizations
- Chambers of commerce and business networks
- Universities and research institutions
- Accelerators and incubators
- Manufacturers and contract manufacturers
- Ingredient and raw-material companies
- Testing and certification laboratories
- Technology and SaaS companies
- Consulting and regulatory organizations
- Logistics and supply-chain providers
- Trade shows, conferences, and event organizers
- Identify relevant founders, executives, business heads, partnership managers, and other decision-makers.
- Research organizations to understand their business, requirements, and potential areas of collaboration.
- Develop customized partnership propositions and collaboration opportunities.
- Support the leadership team in initiating discussions and developing strategic relationships.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communication with prospective partners.
- Maintain an updated partnership pipeline covering prospects, contacts, communication, status, next actions, and outcomes.
3. International B2B Marketing
- Support Beetloop’s international positioning and market-development strategy.
- Research target customer and partner segments across different countries and industries.
- Develop relevant messaging for international B2B audiences.
- Support campaigns, industry outreach, partner marketing, webinars, events, and ecosystem initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for:
- Co-marketing
- Knowledge partnerships
- Industry collaborations
- Webinars and events
- Joint initiatives
- Ecosystem partnerships
- Assist in strengthening Beetloop’s visibility among relevant international business communities.
4. Business Communication & Marketing Content
- Prepare qualified business materials for international audiences, including:
- Partnership proposals
- Collaboration pitches
- Business introduction emails
- LinkedIn outreach messages
- Corporate presentations
- Partnership decks
- Market briefs
- Brochures
- Case studies
- Website and business-development content
- Convert technical, regulatory, and business information into clear and professional B2B communication.
- Customize communication based on country, industry, organization type, and target audience.
- Ensure consistency in Beetloop’s brand messaging and professional communication standards.
5. Competitor & Industry Intelligence
- Research international B2B platforms, marketplaces, technology companies, and industry ecosystems.
- Track competitor offerings, business models, market positioning, and partnership approaches.
- Monitor relevant industry developments, emerging trends, and new business opportunities.
- Identify market gaps and potential areas for Beetloop’s expansion.
- Prepare competitor intelligence and industry reports to support strategic discussions.
6. Outreach & Relationship Management
- Support international outreach through:
- Email
- LinkedIn
- Business networks
- Industry associations
- Conferences and trade events
- Online meetings
- Maintain professional communication with prospective organizations and decision-makers.
- Follow up systematically on active opportunities.
- Coordinate internally with leadership and business development teams to move qualified opportunities forward.
- Track each opportunity from research and qualification through outreach, meeting, follow-up, and partnership discussion.
Required QualificationsEducation
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA / PGDM.

Candidates who can professionally prepare, review, or communicate business information in an additional language may receive preference.
