Job Summary

A Manager in BISO Organization will carry out the security strategy for various business units under the leadership of BISO. A candidate in this role will support in providing a centralized security function to various lines of business. The candidate should possess some proficiency in the technical aspects of cyber security across the various domains. The candidate should have the ability to work with the officer to bring the security strategy with business objectives to continuously improve the security posture of HCL Tech.

Key Responsibilities

- Have fair understanding of cybersecurity technologies, wide range of IT systems and applications
- Have a solid background of the security frameworks and standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST 800-53
- Continuously evaluate and assess current and future security needs of the organization and make recommendations and business case requests to substantiate changes.




- Effectively communicate with both Cyber Security Teams and Business Teams to translate technical concepts to present them in a way that enables decision making

- Develop and oversee the implementation of security policies, procedures, and controls for various lines of business
- Conduct business risk assessments and manage security incident response, investigate security incidents arising out of Business Teams or Mergers/Acquisitions
- Interface with the customer on cybersecurity matters
- Monitor security compliance within scope of specific business area, Manage security awareness programs, Train employees on security procedures & Implement new security technologies
- Track and report all cyber security metrics at various business functions to the BISO
- Gap assessment, Maturity assessment and Governance for all applicable Mergers & Acquisitions
