You will own the program mechanics on your territory: drafting and revising monitoring-and-evaluation guidance, coordinating vetting workshops where a program requires attendee screening, tracking invitation acceptance, assisting in agenda formation, and facilitating each workshop yourself or identifying the right facilitator from the agency’s bench.
