Role Objective / Major Purpose of the Job

To lead and execute engineering/manufacturing projects from planning to commissioning, ensuring timely completion within budget while meeting quality, safety, and technical standards. The role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project resources, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring successful delivery of domestic and international projects.

Principal Tasks & Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end execution of engineering/manufacturing projects, from planning through implementation, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Develop, plan, monitor, and coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources to ensure execution in accordance with approved timelines and project objectives.
- Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets by monitoring project costs, optimizing resource utilization, and addressing execution challenges proactively.
- Ensure compliance with established quality, safety, and organizational standards throughout all phases of project execution.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, contractors, and other stakeholders,



to ensure seamless project execution and timely resolution of dependencies.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve technical and project-related issues that may impact project progress, ensuring minimal disruption to project schedules.
- Monitor project progress against defined milestones, track key deliverables, and take corrective actions where required to ensure timely completion.
- Facilitate transparent communication and coordination among internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project requirements, progress, and deliverables.
- Support effective planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities while maintaining adherence to technical specifications and project requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project execution processes, coordination, and overall project performance.
