Skills/Qualifications:

- D.C.E/B.E (Mechanical)
- 3 years of experience in BIM is a must
- Having in-depth knowledge in MEP BIM
- Should have experience in preparing Shop/Fabrication/Coordination drawings
- Sound knowledge in BIM software especially Revit & AutoCAD
- Conversant in handling US & UK BIM projects
- Valuable communication skills

Responsibilities:

- Assist Project Manager in various projects
- Read construction documents and build MEP 3D BIM Model from them
- Understand the sequencing of construction projects as well as MEP, Architectural and Structural engineering disciplines
- Produce engineered 2D drawings with Auto Cad MEP / Revit
- Identify interferences with the architectural structural and other MEP elements
- Generate deliverables from model which include clash reports, tagging, dimensioning, and generating fabrication spools and tickets
- Enforce modeling protocol and standards
