Key Responsibilities:

1. Laboratory Testing & Analytical Control

- Conduct routine chemical and physical testing on incoming raw chemical shipments, packaging materials, and blended batches.
- Perform specialized testing for brake fluids and coolants, including monitoring moisture levels, Kinematic Viscosity, pH levels, and boiling points (ERBP/Wet ERBP).
- Ensure that 100% of tested batches meet strict international automotive benchmarks such as DOT 3, DOT 4, DOT 5.1, and SAE standards.

2. Calibration & Equipment Maintenance

- Calibrate, validate, and safely operate laboratory instruments such as viscometers, moisture analyzers, refractometers, and pH meters daily.
- Maintain clean laboratory environments and follow meticulous protocols to prevent cross-contamination of highly hygroscopic chemical compounds.
- Identify equipment malfunctions, perform basic troubleshooting, and log maintenance schedules to avoid testing downtime.

3. Data Recording & Compliance Documentation

- Accurately document all test results, raw values,



and observations in laboratory logbooks and digital quality control software.
- Issue batch test certificates or flag off-specification batches to the Head of Quality for immediate containment and review.
- Assist in maintaining proper documentation required for external quality audits, ISO 9001:2015 certifications, and customer-led site inspections.

4. Safety & Continuous Improvement

- Follow strict chemical handling safety rules, hazardous material guidelines, and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Assist the QA/QC leadership in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when quality deviations or batch failures occur.
- Monitor laboratory chemical inventory levels and request replenishment of reagents, standards, and consumables before shortages impact testing.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
