Project: Our Client is developing an innovative platform to optimize promotional activities for retail and consumer goods companies. The solution collects and validates retail promotion data, analyzes promotion effectiveness, and supports planning of promotion calendars. It integrates seamlessly with ERP and CRM systems, enhances vendor collaboration, and leverages machine learning to maximize promotional ROI. This tool enables data-driven decisions that drive sales growth, profitability, and stronger vendor partnerships.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Define and own the product roadmap for retail promotion optimization
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories and product specifications
- Partner with design, engineering, and data science teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Collaborate closely with retail clients and vendors to gather feedback and validate features
- Monitor and analyze product performance, leveraging data to drive improvements
- Ensure alignment of product development with business strategy and client goals
- Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for usability and value creation

Our expectations of the ideal candidate:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, including 2+ years in Retail, RetailTech, Pricing, Promotions, or Trade Optimization
- Proven experience owning product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and delivery of SaaS or data-driven products
- Solid understanding of retail promotions, vendor negotiations, and trade optimization processes
- Experience working with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Business stakeholders
- Strong product discovery and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through ambiguity and make data-driven decisions
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered or Agentic AI solutions and rapid prototyping tools (Cursor, v0, Figma Make, Lovable, Claude Code, or similar)
Soft Skills:
- Solid self-management and ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Effective and clear communicator
- Collaborative and open to feedback, with a focus on shared goals
