We are looking for a Senior Mathematics Faculty – IIT-JEE who is passionate about teaching and committed to delivering strong academic outcomes for students preparing for JEE Main & JEE Advanced.

The faculty member will be responsible for handling Grade 11 & 12 IIT-JEE Mathematics classes, executing the academic plan effectively, mentoring students, and working closely with the Academic Director to ensure timely completion of the curriculum and achievement of targeted results.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle IIT-JEE Mathematics classes for Grade 11 & 12 with strong conceptual clarity and effective teaching methodologies.

* Coordinate closely with the Academic Director for academic planning, curriculum execution, and performance tracking.

* Execute the academic planner within the prescribed timelines and ensure timely completion of the syllabus.

* Prepare and deliver high-quality classroom sessions aligned with JEE Main and JEE Advanced requirements.

* Conduct and analyse tests, assignments, doubt-clearing sessions, and revision programs.

* Identify learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support to students.

* Mentor and motivate students to improve their conceptual understanding and problem-solving abilities.

* Track student performance and take corrective measures wherever required.

* Work towards achieving measurable academic results and improved student performance.





* Participate in parent interactions, academic reviews, faculty meetings, and other academic initiatives.

* Maintain discipline, punctuality, and skilled standards in the classroom.

* Contribute to a positive, competitive, and result-oriented academic environment.

Candidate Profile

* Strong command over JEE Mathematics with excellent conceptual and problem-solving skills.

* Prior experience teaching IIT-JEE aspirants in Grades 11 & 12 is preferred.

* Experience in coaching institutes or competitive-exam preparation will be an advantage.

* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
