We are looking for energetic and target-oriented candidates to join our Sales Team.

Experience: 0–3 Years
Qualification: Graduate
Location: Dehardun

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and acquire new customers for financial products.
- Conduct field visits and meet prospective customers.
- Explain product features, eligibility and application process to customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Collect and verify required customer documents.
- Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for application processing.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain daily sales activity and customer records.

Required Skills:





- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Basic computer/MS Excel knowledge.
- Willingness to travel for field sales.
- Freshers can also apply.

Preferred:
IRDAI and AMFI certifications will be preferred. Candidates with relevant experience in banking, NBFC, microfinance, insurance, mutual funds or financial-product sales will have an advantage.
