Team Leader – Brokerage & Settlement Operations

Location: Gurugram (Sec 30)
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Working: 5 Days | Rotational Shifts
Industry: Investment Banking / BPO / Fintech
Salary: Upto 9 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team handling brokerage, trade processing, clearing, settlement and reconciliation operations.
- Manage end-to-end trade lifecycle, including trade matching, settlements, breaks and exceptions.
- Handle digital asset/crypto and fiat settlement processes, where applicable.
- Ensure SLA, quality, risk and compliance requirements are met.
- Drive team performance, training, escalations and process improvement.
- Coordinate with international clients/stakeholders and support governance activities.

Requirements:





- 2–3+ years of relevant experience in Brokerage/Trade Settlement/Custody/Reconciliation.
- 2+ years of team handling/leadership experience.
- Robust knowledge of trade lifecycle and settlement processes.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Crypto/digital asset operations experience will be an added advantage.
