Tele caller Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Telecaller / Call Center Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their queries, generate leads, follow up with prospective guests, and support the sales and reservation process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding resort services, packages, bookings, offers, and facilities.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings or sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned department for resolution.
- Provide information about room availability, packages, events, and other resort services.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead-generation targets.




- Maintain a professional and positive communication style with customers.
- Update customer information and follow-up status in the CRM or designated system.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Reservations, and Operations teams.
- Prepare daily call reports and submit updates to the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Hindi and English communication; Marathi will be an advantage.
- Pleasant and confident telephone manner.
- Positive listening and convincing skills.
- Customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Qualification

- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in telecalling, BPO, customer service, sales, reservations, or hospitality will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
