- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly vehicle sales targets.
- Monitor daily leads, enquiries, follow-ups, bookings, and retail performance.
- Guide Sales Executives on customer handling, product presentation, test drives, and negotiations.
- Track individual team performance and implement strategies to improve conversions and sales results.
- Prepare sales reports, coordinate with management, and ensure proper CRM/DMS updates and customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
