Eligibility:

* Graduate BA/B Com/B.Sc

* Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, Beauty Clinics, Salons, or Slimming Centres

- Counsel clients on skin, hair, laser and aesthetic treatments based on their concerns and requirements.
- Understand client needs, medical history and expectations, and coordinate with doctors for suitable treatment plans.
- Explain procedures, benefits, sessions, precautions, aftercare and expected results clearly.
- Handle consultations, follow-ups and lead conversions through calls, WhatsApp and in-person counselling.
- Explain treatment packages,



pricing and payment options while maintaining skilled and ethical communication.
- Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits, package renewals and referrals.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses and front-office teams for a smooth client experience.
- Maintain accurate client records, follow-ups and treatment details.
- Handle client queries and concerns professionally and escalate clinical issues when required.
- Achieve assigned conversion, revenue, retention and customer satisfaction targets.

Pay: ₹13,206.92 - ₹38,064.25 per month
