Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, presentable and relationship-oriented Medical Representative (MR) to join our team in Surat.

The role involves regular field visits to doctors, clinics, pharmacies and medical stores to build strong professional relationships, introduce and communicate product information, generate business opportunities and maintain regular follow-ups.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional personality and the confidence to interact with doctors, pharmacists, chemists and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit doctors, clinics, pharmacies and medical stores on a regular basis.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Introduce and communicate information about company products to relevant healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular doctor meetings and product discussions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with medical stores, chemists and pharmacy owners.
- Generate product awareness and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with doctors, pharmacies and medical retailers.
- Achieve assigned sales and field-visit targets.
- Plan daily field visits and maintain an effective territory coverage plan.
- Collect market feedback regarding products, competitors and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with distributors, stockists and medical stores to support product availability.
- Maintain accurate records of doctor visits, retailer visits, orders and follow-ups.
- Report daily/weekly field activities and sales updates to the reporting manager.




- Build a strong network within the assigned medical and healthcare market.

Experience

0–3 years of relevant experience in Medical Representative, Pharmaceutical Sales, Healthcare Sales, Medical Sales or Field Sales is preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to work in a field-based role may also be considered.

Education

- Graduate / Diploma in any relevant discipline.
- B.Pharm / D.Pharm / Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Healthcare-related education will be an advantage.
- Candidates from other educational backgrounds with relevant sales or field experience may also apply.

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, communication skills and overall suitability.
