About the Role

Barbrik Project Limited is a major civil infrastructure and EPC construction company specializing in highways, bridges, roads, and earthworks. We are seeking an experienced Store Manager / Material Manager to manage site inventory, heavy equipment spare parts, construction materials, POL storage, and ERP stock records.

Key Responsibilities

- Material Receipt, Inspection & Issue: Oversee receipt of construction materials (cement, steel, bitumen, aggregates) and machinery spares. Conduct verification against POs/challans and manage site indents.
- Inventory Control & ERP Operations: Maintain stock records via ERP (SAP MM/Tally/Custom software). Generate MRNs, GRNs, and SIVs, conduct stock audits, and maintain reorder levels.
- Warehouse & Yard Management: Ensure proper stacking, weather protection (moisture control for cement, anti-corrosion for steel), 5S standards, and safe handling of POL (Petroleum, Oil & Lubricants) storage.




- Vendor & Logistics Coordination: Manage vehicle gate entries, weighbridge records, site transfers, and vendor warranties for damaged parts.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain stock registers, gate passes, fuel logs, and scrap disposal records while enforcing site safety protocols.

Requirements & Skills

- Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or B.Com / B.Sc / B.A.
- Experience: 5 to 10+ years in site store management or inventory control in highways, bridges, or civil infrastructure projects.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP MM, Tally), MS Excel, civil construction materials, and machinery spares management.
- Key Traits: Robust organizational skills, stock accounting accuracy, team supervision, and vendor handling.
