About the Role

Role Overview

We are looking for an exceptionally creative and technically skilled Senior 3D Motion Designer to join our growing in-house Creative Studio.

This is a hands-on Individual Contributor (IC) role responsible for independently creating premium-quality 3D product renders, cinematic product launch films, animations, motion graphics, and AI-powered visual content across multiple brands.

The successful candidate will take complete ownership of projects from concept through final delivery, creating visually compelling content for product launches, packaging, websites, social media, digital campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing initiatives. This role requires someone who can think creatively, execute independently, and consistently deliver high-quality work within agreed turnaround times (TAT).

As the creative industry continues to evolve,proficiency in AI-powered creative tools is a mandatory requirement for this role. The successful candidate should actively leverage AI to improve creativity, productivity, rendering, animation, video creation, and workflow efficiency while continuously staying updated with emerging technologies.

- Key Responsibilities

- 1. Product Rendering & Visualization

- - Create premium-quality photorealistic 3D renders for products, packaging, displays, and marketing collateral.
- Develop realistic lighting, textures, materials, environments, and camera compositions.
- Produce hero visuals for websites, digital campaigns, advertising, presentations, and product launches.

- 2. Product Animation & Motion Design

- - Create cinematic product introduction videos, product reveal animations, promotional films, and motion graphics.
- Develop engaging visual content for websites, exhibitions, digital campaigns, and social media.
- Deliver high-quality animations that enhance storytelling and strengthen brand identity.

- 3. AI Visual Content Creation

- - Use AI-powered creative tools for concept development, image generation, video creation, animation, rendering enhancement, and workflow optimization.




- Continuously explore and adopt new AI technologies that improve creative output and efficiency.
- Integrate AI responsibly while maintaining originality and premium visual quality.

- 4. Creative Concept Development

- - Translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts.
- Develop storyboards, mood boards, animation sequences, and presentation visuals.
- Think beyond templates and contribute innovative ideas that elevate the brand.

- 5. Project Ownership & Timely Delivery

- - Take complete ownership of assigned projects from concept through final delivery.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while consistently meeting agreed turnaround times (TAT).
- Deliver production-ready creative assets without compromising quality, creativity, or technical accuracy.
- Maintain organized project files and optimize workflows to improve efficiency.

- 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- - Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, Packaging, Digital, and Creative teams.
- Collaborate effectively to ensure creative assets support business objectives.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining creative excellence.

- - Premium-quality 3D renders, animations, motion graphics, and AI-generated visuals consistently delivered to the highest creative standards.

- All assigned projects completed within agreed turnaround times (TAT), with proactive communication if timelines are at risk.

- Product launch videos, hero visuals, and marketing assets delivered on or before campaign deadlines.

- Multiple creative projects managed simultaneously without compromising quality, creativity, or delivery timelines.

- AI tools effectively integrated into creative workflows, improving productivity, speed, and creative output.

- Creative assets require minimal revisions due to strong first-time quality and attention to detail.

- Strong ownership demonstrated from concept through final delivery with minimal supervision.

- Key Skills & Competencies

- Technical Competencies

- - Advanced proficiency in Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, 3ds Max, or equivalent 3D software.

- Strong knowledge of rendering engines such as Cycles, Redshift, Octane, Arnold, or V-Ray.

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, materials, textures, animation, cinematic camera movement, and visual storytelling.

- Mandatory hands-on experience using AI-powered creative tools for image generation, rendering enhancement, animation, video creation, concept development, and workflow automation.

- Experience with AI platforms such as Runway, Veo, Kling AI, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, Pika, ChatGPT, or similar creative AI tools.

- Strong video editing, colour grading, and post-production skills.

Qualifications

1. Degree or Diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. 2. Self-taught professionals with an exceptional portfolio are encouraged to apply. 3. Minimum 5–10 years of experience in 3D visualization, product animation, CGI, motion design, or rendering. 4. Strong portfolio showcasing photorealistic renders, cinematic product animations, and motion graphics is mandatory. 5. Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI-powered creative tools for image generation, animation, video creation, and creative workflow enhancement is required. 6. Experience working on premium consumer brands, FMCG, alcoholic beverages, luxury products, packaging, or advertising will be an advantage.
