Key Responsibilities
- Hiring Support: Post jobs, screen resumes, and set up interviews.
- Onboarding: Welcome recent hires and handle setup tasks.
- Employee Relations: Answer staff questions and help solve workplace issues.
- Records and Data: Keep personnel files accurate and secure.
- Policies: Help roll out and enforce company rules.
- Performance & Exit: Assist with reviews and conduct exit talks.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
