Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our Hydraulic Machinery Manufacturing team in Rajkot. The candidate will be responsible for machine installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, servicing and technical support for hydraulic and industrial machines at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customer sites for machine installation, commissioning and servicing.
- Install and commission hydraulic machinery as per company guidelines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and basic electrical issues in machines.
- Inspect hydraulic cylinders, pumps, valves, pipes, fittings and other components.
- Identify machine problems and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Perform machine testing and trial runs after installation or repair.
- Provide basic machine operation and technical training to customers.
- Coordinate with the Production and Design teams for technical issues.
- Prepare service reports after customer visits and machine commissioning.
- Maintain records of service calls, breakdowns, repairs and spare parts used.
- Support warranty-related service requirements.
- Communicate with customers professionally and provide timely technical support.




- Follow safety procedures while working at customer sites and in the factory.
- Travel to customer locations whenever required.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of hydraulic systems and hydraulic components.
- Good knowledge of mechanical machinery and machine assembly.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and control panels will be an advantage.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of tools and measuring instruments.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with the internal team.

Educational Qualification

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in service, maintenance, machine installation, commissioning or hydraulic machinery will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
