Job Description

- Supervise housekeeping and toilet-cleaning staff.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor work completion.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards are maintained.
- Monitor attendance, discipline and team performance.
- Maintain cleaning materials and equipment.
- Handle site-level cleaning issues and complaints.
- Coordinate with management for requirements and concerns.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly work reports and updates with the organisation.

Requirements

- Experience in housekeeping, cleaning or facility management.
- Valuable communication and team-handling skills.
- Basic reporting and documentation skills.
