Customer Quality

- Act as the primary interface for all customer quality-related matters.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely closure using structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, Why-Why Analysis).
- Coordinate containment actions, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
- Manage customer visits, audits, and quality reviews.
- Monitor customer PPM, warranty issues, and customer scorecards.
- Lead customer concern investigations and ensure effective implementation of corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements (CSR).
- Coordinate with production, engineering, supplier quality, and logistics teams to resolve quality issues.
- Drive customer satisfaction through continuous quality improvements.

Quality Management System (QMS)

- Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System in accordance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Plan and conduct internal process, product, and system audits.




- Coordinate third-party and customer audits.

Quality Improvement

- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and PDCA methodologies.
- Reduce customer complaints, internal rejection, and process variation.
- Analyze quality data using statistical tools and prepare improvement action plans.
- Support APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC activities.
- Monitor CAPA effectiveness and closure.
- Maintain quality documentation including SOPs, Work Instructions, Quality Procedures, PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, and Quality Records.
- Lead Management Review Meetings (MRM) and follow-up actions.
- Ensure compliance with quality objectives and KPIs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
