ADVANCED CLOTHING CONCEPTS (ACC)

EXPERIENCE: 5+ Years

QUALIFICATION: Any degree (Open to travel)

Having knowledge in textile industry is an added advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Initiating actions to obtain details of order (Gender, Size, Measurements) from institution / parents
- Communicating accurately and in time, order details to OPC group at the HO
- Communicating changes in order details received from clients accurately and in time to the Operations Planning group at the HO.
- Liaising with OPC group at the HO and keeping track of order execution status
- Receiving finished products from manufacturing end and verifying if they comply with specifications of the order.
- Liaising with OPC group proactively for rectification of errors if any
- Organising distribution of uniforms as per client specification
- Maintaining record of uniforms distributed and sharing the information with HO
- Addressing and closing any complaint received post distribution of uniforms
- Maintain all order related documents of retained clients
- monitor finished product inventory and ensure that they are within norms
- Stay in touch with clients, establish rapport , and build relationships.

PERFORMANCE MEASURES





- Order Servicing Efficiency in respect of assigned orders

Size/Measurements within scheduled time, No hold up on order execution due to delayed transmission of order related details to OPC group; No cost over runs due to delayed / incomplete/ inaccurate information to OPC group; No errors in distribution

Adherence to budgeted expenditure on supply / distribution to customers ( in respect of assigned orders)

- Client / Order Servicing Efficiency Rating by Customers ( in respect of assigned orders)

Timeliness & Accuracy of supply / distribution to customers – No complaints of delay/ shortage / damage / size variance from Customers; No errors in distribution; Resolution of complaints from Customers – timeliness and appropriateness of actions in respect of post distribution complaints ; no deductions from bills on account of delayed distribution / shortage / damage

- Client Retention
- On time collection from retained clients
- Finished Products Inventory within norms
- Cost of Distribution Vs Budget

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
