We are looking for a hardworking and energetic Telecaller Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company services & solutions professionally.
- Generate qualified leads and identify potential customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Schedule customer meetings & site visits.
- Maintain accurate lead/customer records.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for conversions.
- Prepare daily & monthly calling/lead reports.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Good Gujarati & Hindi communication skills.
- Basic English communication preferred.
- Solid convincing & communication skills.
- MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word) – Intermediate level.
- Basic Google Sheets knowledge preferred.
- Good follow-up & time-management skills.
- Target-oriented, confident & self-motivated.
Candidate Profile
- Freshers can apply with strong skills.
- Telecalling / Customer Service / Sales experience preferred.
- Comfortable making multiple outbound calls daily.
- Willing to work in a target-based environment.
- Strong interest in Sales & Customer Communication.
Key Requirement
Minimum 03 Project Conversion Support per Month + Regular Follow-up + Target Achievement
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Based on interview and experience)
