Job Summary

We are looking for a Civil Engineer who has a strong understanding of civil engineering and exposure to architectural projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing drawings, quantity take-offs, BOQs, estimates, and coordinating civil works with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.

Freshers with the required technical knowledge and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review civil and architectural drawings as required.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, measurements, and cost estimates.
- Read and interpret architectural, civil, and structural drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Assist in monitoring and supervising civil construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
- Prepare material quantity requirements and assist with procurement-related coordination.
- Prepare and maintain project-related reports, measurements, and documentation.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines.
- Identify and coordinate resolution of technical and site-related issues.
- Conduct site visits and inspections as required.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Experience or exposure to architectural projects is preferred.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, estimation, and measurements.
- Ability to understand and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Basic knowledge of civil construction materials and execution.
- Valuable coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Experience

- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with experience in architectural firms, construction companies, consultancy firms, drafting, quantity estimation, or project execution will be preferred.
- Candidates with 1–4 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Preferred

- Experience working with an architectural or consultancy firm.
- Knowledge of building construction practices and relevant standards.
- Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Practical knowledge of civil and architectural project execution.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
