About the Role:

The AI Proposal Specialist E2.1 role requires an experienced and forward-thinking individual to join the Integrated GTM team, supporting both Digital Business Services (DBS) and Engineering Services (ERS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic deals and playing a key role in shaping next-generation solutions that harness cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI (Gen AI), to deliver exceptional value to clients.

In this role, you’ll harness Gen AI to enable end-to-end service transformation, drive industry-aligned value chain innovation, and elevate process excellence—delivering intelligent, outcome-based solutions with measurable impact. You’ll collaborate with practice leaders and technical subject matter experts to identify market opportunities, craft compelling go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and develop persuasive pitches that showcase innovation in Gen AI-powered automation, advanced analytics, and AI-driven digital transformation. The role spans a diverse digital ecosystem, including UX & UI, digital engagement platforms, up-to-date application development, multi-channel commerce, and cloud and application modernization.

As an E2,



you will execute routine presales tasks independently, following established standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently prepare standard responses and presentations.
- Engage with clients to understand basic requirements.
- Ensure technical accuracy in proposals.
- Support outcome-based pricing constructs.
- Maintain documentation and process compliance.

Skill Requirements

Skills Needed:

- Proficiency in standard presales tools and templates.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow established processes and standards.

Basic understanding of AI’s role in digital transformation.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA
- 2–4 years of experience in presales or related fields.

Other Requirements

Expectations for New Hires:

- Complete AI certification and internal process training.
- Familiarize with company platforms and tools.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions.

What Will Happen in the First Six Weeks of Joining:

- Week 1: AI and process training.
- Weeks 2–4: Independently handle routine proposal tasks.
- Weeks 5–6: Start managing small presales engagements.
