Job Description:

- Manage overall plant security, access control and surveillance.
- Supervise and deploy security guards across plant premises and shifts.
- Monitor CCTV, gate operations, visitor/vehicle entry and material movement.
- Prevent theft, pilferage, unauthorized access and security violations.
- Coordinate with local police, fire department and other authorities when required.
- Handle security incidents, emergencies, investigations and prepare incident reports.
- Conduct regular security checks, mock drills and risk assessments.
- Manage outsourced security agencies and ensure proper manpower deployment and discipline.
- Coordinate with Plant Head, HR, Stores, Production and Administration for security-related matters.
