Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct Outbound calls to the campaign
- Source current sales opportunities through lead follow-up,



outbound cold calls, and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements through discovery calls.
- Upsell other products wherever possible.
- Nurturing of current leads in the pipeline and past clients from our Database
- Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
- Achieve KPIs including Contact Volumes, Lead Generation, Growth, and Client Satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experienced
- Well-versed in spoken and written English
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Team Player
- Good time management skills
- Intermediate-level computer skills
- Experience in BPO and Sales background in financial products (loans, Insurance, etc.) will be highly regarded
- We are looking for young enthusiastic people who are team players and can add value to a dynamic team
