We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic **Communicative English Faculty** to develop and deliver an engaging online English communication program for students and working professionals.

## Job Summary The selected candidate will be responsible not only for conducting online classes but also for **developing the academic curriculum, lesson plans, learning activities, assessments, and course structure** for the Communicative English program.

The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, relevant teaching experience, and the ability to make English learning practical, interactive, and career-oriented.

## Key Responsibilities

* Conduct engaging and interactive online Communicative English classes.

* Develop a structured curriculum for the Communicative English course.

* Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, assignments, activities, and assessments.

* Design the course according to different learner levels and requirements.

* Focus on practical English communication rather than only theoretical grammar.

Train students in:

* Speaking skills

* Listening skills

* Pronunciation

* Vocabulary

* Grammar for communication

* Conversation skills

* Presentation skills

* Public speaking

* Interview communication

* Workplace communication

* Professional email and written communication

* Confidence building

* Conduct regular student assessments and provide constructive feedback.

* Monitor student progress and recommend improvements.





* Participate in curriculum review and academic development activities.

* Support the institute in developing recorded learning content and online study materials.

* Maintain professional communication with students and the academic team.

*Contribute ideas for improving the overall learning experience.

## Eligibility & Educational Qualification

**Required:**

* Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in **English / English Language / English Literature or a relevant field.

* Relevant experience in teaching English, Communicative English, Spoken English, ESL/EFL, or related areas.

* Demonstrated experience in

**online teaching is preferred.

* Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

* Strong presentation and classroom management skills.

* Ability to conduct interactive classes using online teaching platforms.

* Ability to work independently from home.

## Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:

* Online English teaching

* Spoken English training

* Communicative English training

* IELTS / OET / PTE training

* Corporate English training

* Soft skills or personality development training * English language curriculum development

* Online course content development

* Teaching adult learners or working professionals

## Additional Requirement – Curriculum Development

The candidate should be capable of **independently developing or contributing significantly to the complete academic structure of the Communicative English course**, including:
