Job Summary:

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and responsible Kindergarten Assistant to support the teacher in creating a safe, positive, and engaging learning setting for young children. The candidate will assist with , learning activities and day-to-day child care management.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist the Kindergarten Teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson preparation.

* Support children during learning, play, art, storytelling, and other activities.

* Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom setting.

* Assist children with basic personal needs such as eating, hygiene, and maintaining cleanliness.

* Monitor children and ensure their safety during classroom and outdoor activities.

* Encourage children to participate in activities and develop positive social behavior.

* Help prepare teaching materials, worksheets, crafts, and classroom resources.

* Assist the teacher in managing classroom routines and maintaining discipline in a positive manner.

* Communicate any concerns regarding a child’s behavior, participation, or well-being to the teacher.

* Support school events, celebrations,



and other activities when required.

* Maintain a friendly and supportive relationship with children, teachers, and parents.

* Perform other duties assigned by the Kindergarten Teacher or School Management.

Requirements

* Graduate/Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, Childcare, or a related field is preferred.

* Freshers can apply.

* Previous experience working with young children is an advantage.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Patient, caring, and friendly attitude toward children.

* Ability to work as part of a team.

* Basic knowledge of English is preferred.

* Candidates should be responsible, punctual, and attentive to children’s needs.
