Job Title: Tally Accountant

Industry: Plywood / Timber / Hardware Sector

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Job Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounts in Tally Prime.

Enter purchase and sales invoices.

Record cash, bank, receipt and payment transactions.

Maintain customer and supplier ledgers.

Prepare GST invoices and assist with GST-related records.

Check outstanding payments and prepare receivable/payable reports.

Maintain stock-related entries for plywood, laminates, doors, hardware and other materials.

Reconcile cash and bank transactions.

Handle day-to-day accounting documentation and filing.

Coordinate with sales, purchase and store teams.

Prepare daily/monthly accounting reports.

Ensure all entries are accurate and up to date.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of Tally Prime and basic GST.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel.





Good understanding of debit/credit and ledger entries.

Experience in plywood, hardware, timber or building-material business will be an advantage.

Good numerical and record-keeping skills.

Qualification: B.Com / equivalent accounting qualification preferred.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred; candidates with relevant Tally experience may also apply.

Working Schedule: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, with lunch/meal break as decided by the

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹41,749.75 per month
