About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated Accountant with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in QuickBooks and Zoho Books to support our financial operations and client deliverables.
Key Responsibilities

- Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations on QuickBooks and Zoho Books.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in alignment with core accounting principles.
- Compliance & Auditing: Support the team with documentation, ledger scrutiny, and standard reporting tasks per firm standards.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with cross-functional team members to resolve bookkeeping queries promptly.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience:



2–3 years of core accounting experience.
- Software Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of QuickBooks and Zoho Books.
- Accounting Foundation: Strong grasp of core accounting concepts, standards, and double-entry principles.
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.

Joinee should be familiar with UAE taxation and laws.

Key Terms & Benefits
Type - Full time
Working Hours - 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM IST
Working Days - Monday to Saturday
Probation - 6 months
Leaves - As per UAE Public Holidays & company policy
Equipment - Laptop provided by employer
Joining - Immediate joiner preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
