- Lead efforts to optimize application performance and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their career development and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Retail.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Data Governance.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to configure and customize SAP for Retail modules to meet business needs.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP applications with other systems.
