Candidates with experience in advertising, marketing, media, events, branding or related industries will be preferred.

We are looking for a Lead Onboarder to handle incoming leads, communicate with prospects, manage follow-ups, and convert qualified leads into successfully onboarded clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Understand client requirements and explain relevant services.
- Coordinate the complete client onboarding process.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
- Work towards lead conversion and onboarding targets.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in client onboarding, sales, telecalling, business development, or customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Solid convincing and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Candidates with relevant B2B/client-handling experience preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
