Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Centre Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations at a DishTV Direct Service Centre. The role involves multitasking, technician coordination, ticket management, inventory handling, follow-ups, and maintaining service centre KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with Technicians and Service Centre Coordinators for daily service operations.
- Assign service tickets to technicians and ensure timely action.
- Regularly follow up with technicians regarding pending tickets and service status.
- Monitor and ensure timely ticket closure while maintaining required service standards.
- Coordinate with the store for required material/spares.
- Collect material from the store and issue the required items to technicians as per process.
- Maintain proper records of material issued to technicians.
- Keep store inventory updated and ensure proper stock records.
- Conduct/assist with monthly store inventory audits and reconcile physical stock with records.
- Monitor pending tickets and take necessary follow-up for timely resolution.
- Coordinate with concerned teams to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain daily MIS/records related to tickets, technician performance, inventory and service centre activities.




- Work towards maintaining required KPI and service performance parameters.
- Handle multiple operational activities simultaneously and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the service centre.

Candidate Profile

- Candidates with relevant experience in DTH, Telecom, Field Service, Service Centre Operations, Technician Coordination or a similar field will be given preference.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable with follow-ups and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records/MIS.
- Good understanding of inventory/store management will be an advantage.
- Ability to work with technicians and coordinate day-to-day field operations.
- Should be responsible, organized and target/KPI oriented.

Compensation

Salary will be negotiable based on experience and suitability.

Performance-based incentives will also be provided based on achievement of defined KPIs and performance parameters.

Key

The selected candidate will be deployed at a DishTV Direct Service Centre and will be responsible for coordinating technicians, ticket operations, material/inventory management and other day-to-day service centre activities.

Location: Near GADRA Road, Urban Estate Phase 1, Jalandhar, Punjab

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
