Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, understanding customer requirements, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate recent leads and identify potential customers.
- Contact prospective customers through calls, visits, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product features and benefits.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and maintain daily sales and customer follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Attend customer meetings, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.
- Ensure timely follow-up for quotations, orders, and payments.

Required Skills

- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits, if required.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in any relevant field.

Salary

As per experience and company standards.

Preferred Candidate

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence may be preferred for field sales roles.

- Collection/payment follow-up.
- Overall achievement of assigned sales targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
