Technical Sales Manager – Plating Industry

Role

We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager with solid knowledge of electroplating, decorative coatings, and corrosion-resistant coatings to drive business growth and provide technical solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business and manage existing customer relationships.
- Promote plating chemicals and coating solutions for decorative and corrosion-resistant applications.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plating/coating systems.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and process optimization at customer sites.
- Handle customer trials, product approvals, and technical complaints.
- Achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical, R&D;, and internal teams for customer requirements.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of electroplating and surface treatment processes.
- Practical understanding of decorative plating and corrosion-resistant coatings.
- Knowledge of plating defects, troubleshooting, and quality requirements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-management skills.
- Good business-development and commercial acumen.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.

Qualification

Degree/Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials Science, or related field with relevant industry experience.

Preferred: Experience in automotive, hardware, sanitaryware, appliances, or industrial plating applications.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
