We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee our accounting operations, strengthen the accounts team, ensure timely tax compliance, and maintain accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, build, and manage a strong Accounts & Finance team.

* Guide and supervise junior accountants in day-to-day accounting activities.

* Review accounting entries, reconciliations, receivables, payables, and branch accounts.

* Prepare and review monthly financial statements, MIS reports, P&L;, and other management reports.

* Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, income tax and other statutory compliance.

* Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary audit support, schedules, documents, and explanations.

* Establish proper accounting procedures and internal controls.

* Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely correction.

* Coordinate with different branches/departments to ensure smooth financial operations.





* Support management with financial analysis and accounting-related decision-making.

* Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records.

Requirements

* B.Com / M.Com qualification.

* Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting/finance.

* Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST and statutory compliance.

* Experience in team handling and staff supervision.

* Good knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.

* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting activities.
