Looking for an experienced Telecaller with a background in the banking sector to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and address customer queries.
- Follow up on leads and maintain call records.
- Achieve daily/monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales/support team for lead closure.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
- Prior experience in telecalling within the banking sector.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Qualification
- Any degree (preferred).
Experience
3 years of relevant experience in banking sector telecalling required, or candidates from related sectors with robust closing capacity.
