The Role & Impact
We are looking for a Studio Operations & Growth Associate to help run and scale our day-to-day business. Sitting at the intersection of creation, sales, and execution, you will have a direct impact on driving lead conversions, managing client and investor touchpoints, and keeping our studio workflows running seamlessly. This is a high-ownership, full-time role designed for a proactive operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in growing a modern, tech-driven creative studio.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Growth Outreach: Handle inbound lead calls and messages, manage reach-out communications for clients and investors, and drive consistent follow-ups.
- Studio Admin & Scheduling: Manage studio logistics, and keep daily operations organized.
- Project & HR Coordination: Keep projects on track by monitoring task sheets and timelines, assist with candidate screening, and support team onboarding.

What We’re Looking For

- Background: 1+ years of experience (or strong relevant internship experience) in studio management, sales support, agency operations, or administrative coordination.




- High Ownership: You don’t wait for step-by-step instructions—you spot operational bottlenecks and solve them independently.
- Strong Organization: You love systems, checklists, and keeping clutter out of business operations.
- Clear Communication: Highly articulate in written and verbal communication—essential for lead conversions, client relations, and HR interactions.
- Interest in Creative Tech: A curiosity or passion for filmmaking, media, and emerging creative tools is a huge plus.
