About the Role

SkillStride is looking for enthusiastic Recruitment Interns to join our recruitment team. You will work closely with experienced recruiters and help identify, connect with, and coordinate candidates for various IT and non-IT job openings.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Search and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Contact candidates and explain available job opportunities.
- Collect basic candidate information such as experience, salary, location, and notice period.
- Maintain and update candidate records in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and job opportunities.
- Coordinate with senior recruiters for candidate screening and submission.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Learn and support the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.





What We Are Looking For
- Valuable communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good internet research and candidate-searching skills.
- Willingness to make calls and communicate with candidates.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Freshers are welcome.

Internship Details

Duration: 3–6 months
Work Mode: Remote / Hybrid / Work from Office
Stipend: 5k t o 8k PM
