Purpose of the Role

Build awareness, generate participation, and create local ownership for bringing admissions for garment stitching sector among target communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door visits, group meetings, and community events to spread awareness about GreyBeez Training Center.

• Bring admissions to the centers by communicating effectively with the job seekers in the assigned area.

• Identify and build relationships with local companies HR, supervisors, influencers for current prospects.

• Collect basic field data / feedback and report to Program coordinator.

• Work extended/flexible hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends) as field needs require.

• Travel within the assigned area sometimes using two-wheeler where required.

• Achieve assigned target of admission by working individually and within a team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum education: 12th pass/graduate





• Fluency in local language(s); basic literacy for reporting

• Prior experience in community work, sales, teaching, or field-based roles preferred, freshers eager to learn are welcomed.

• Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license will be preferred by not a compulsion.

• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned area, including remote/rural terrain.

• Willingness to work beyond standard hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, as program needs demand.

• Comfortable working with diverse and sometimes resistant audiences.
