About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative activities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to various HR functions and is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in talent acquisition and HR processes. Key Responsibilities:• Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.• Support the onboarding and documentation process for new hires.• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.• Prepare HR reports, presentations, and documentation as required.• Help ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.• Perform general administrative tasks related to the HR department.
Required Qualifications:• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.• Basic understanding of HR principles and recruitment processes.• Strong verbal and written communication skills.• Valuable organizational and time management abilities.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills:• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.• Knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals for candidate sourcing.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
