- Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and rate analyses for Interior design and Architecture Design & Build projects.
- Review architectural, structural, MEP, and interior drawings to derive accurate quantities and project scope.
- Support tendering and proposal preparation by analysing specifications, scope, and cost implications.
- Source, evaluate, and benchmark vendor and material quotations; support procurement and commercial negotiations.
- Source, validate, and benchmark vendor and material quotations; support procurement and negotiations
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates, including material take-offs, labour, equipment, subcontractor, overhead, and indirect costs.
- Research and obtain current material and equipment pricing from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive and accurate estimates.




- Assist project teams in value engineering initiatives to optimize costs without compromising quality or design intent.
- Coordinate with the design, execution, procurement, and project management teams to ensure alignment of scope, quantities, and budgets.
- Maintain and update cost databases, estimation records, BOQs, vendor quotations, and project documentation.
- Monitor project costs and support budget control throughout the project lifecycle.
- 5-8 years of experience in civil cost estimation, quantity surveying, or tendering.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
