Designation: Team Leader / Assistant Manager
Process: International Voice – US Voice Process
CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team handling international US voice process.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality parameters.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Conduct regular team huddles, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
- Drive achievement of process SLAs, KPIs, and business targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth process operations.

Candidate Requirements:

- Relevant experience in International Voice / US Voice Process.
- Prior experience as Team Leader / Assistant Manager.
- Solid communication and team-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of SLA, KPI, quality, and productivity metrics.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in US shifts.
- Candidates must be willing to work from Bangalore.
