Job Summary
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the hospital’s complete human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, performance management, training, compliance, and employee engagement. The role will ensure that the hospital has qualified and adequately staffed teams while maintaining compliance with applicable employment and healthcare-related regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nurses, technicians, administrative staff, housekeeping, security, and other hospital personnel.
- Develop manpower plans based on departmental requirements and patient-care operations.
- Coordinate joining formalities, employee documentation, induction, orientation, and probation reviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
- Coordinate monthly payroll, salary inputs, incentives, deductions, and statutory requirements.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, conflicts, and workplace concerns.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook provisions.
- Monitor staffing levels, absenteeism, attrition, overtime, and employee turnover.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and KPI processes for different departments.
- Organize employee training, including induction, soft skills, workplace safety, and mandatory hospital training.
- Support compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and hospital accreditation standards.
- Coordinate credentialing and documentation requirements for clinical staff in consultation with hospital management.
- Conduct employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive workplace environment.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards covering headcount, vacancies, attrition, attendance, payroll, and recruitment.
- Work closely with department heads and hospital management on workforce planning and HR-related issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 5–10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Valuable knowledge of recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and labour-law compliance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/payroll software.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
