In-Hand: ₹18,000 + Night Shift Allowance up to ₹3,000 + Incentives
Working Days: 5 Days | 2 Rotational Week-offs
Shift: Rotational
Cab: Available as per company policy

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls and chat.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions.
- Maintain customer service and quality standards.
- Record and update customer interactions.
- Follow company processes and guidelines.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.

Eligibility

- Graduate freshers from the 2024, 2025 or 2026 batches.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Not Eligible: B.Tech/B.E., M.Tech, Diploma, Pharmacy/Pharma, LLB/LLM candidates.
