Job Overview
- Role: Executive Assistant to the Chairman
- Industry: Cooperative Banking (Multi-State Cooperative Credit Society)
- Location: Head Office (with travel as required across operational states)
- Reporting To: The Chairman
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Support & Office Management
- Manage the Chairman’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.
- Screen incoming calls, prioritize correspondence, and draft official letters or emails on the Chairman's behalf.
- Organize travel itineraries, accommodation, and logistics for the Chairman.
2. Board & Committee Coordination
- Coordinate meetings for the Board of Directors, general body, and sub-committees.
- Prepare meeting agendas, compile reports, and record precise minutes of proceedings.
- Follow up with department heads on action items assigned during board meetings.
3. Liaison & Public Relations
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal stakeholders, and external entities.
- Welcome high-profile visitors, cooperative members, and government officials visiting the Chairman's office.
- Facilitate smooth communication between the Chairman’s office and internal stakeholders, and external entities regarding administrative execution.

Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain confidential records, legal documents, and policy files related to the society's governance.
- Track adherence to directives issued under the Multi-State Cooperative Societies Act and related regulatory frameworks.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Corporate Secretaryship, or a related field (Master’s/MBA is a plus).
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, ideally within banking, financial institutions, or cooperative societies.
Core Skills
- Robust proficiency in written and verbal communication (fluency in English and regional languages of operation).
- Deep understanding of office management software (MS Office, Google Workspace, virtual meeting tools).
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Basic awareness of cooperative governance structures and administrative workflows.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
