Job Title: SEO Lead

Location: Parvathipuram, Nagercoil

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Lead to lead our search engine optimization efforts and improve organic visibility, rankings, traffic, and overall website performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies aligned with business goals.

Lead on-page and off-page SEO activities.

Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities for organic growth.

Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking.

Monitor and improve keyword rankings and organic traffic.

Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers for required improvements.

Plan and execute link-building and backlink strategies.

Analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.

Track competitors and identify new SEO opportunities.

Prepare regular SEO performance reports and provide actionable insights.





Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and current SEO best practices.

Guide and coordinate with SEO/content team members when required.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on SEO experience.

Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.

Good understanding of keyword research, Google ranking factors, and SEO analytics.

Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills are mandatory.

Ability to independently manage SEO campaigns and deliver measurable results.
