The role, in one line
Pure sales. You dial, you meet, you close. No marketing tasks, no support tickets, no operations work.

What you'll do

- 60 to 80 outbound cold calls a day on our dialer, working Apollo and scraped lists
- Field visits across Mumbai: Andheri, MIDC belts, industrial estates, BKC, Lower Parel, plus client offices and factories
- Book discovery meetings, qualify the prospect, and run the first meeting yourself
- Demo Clivo and pitch SolvTree engagements; technical scoping is handed to the founder and solutions team, you own the commercial conversation
- Run the follow-up cadence properly: attempts on four consecutive days, a fifth roughly a week later, then move the lead to lost
- Log every call and visit the same day, tag which script version you used, send the day's report on Slack before you log off




- Target verticals: manufacturing, hospitality, real estate, logistics, healthcare, and enterprise accounts of roughly 100+ employees

What we're looking for

- 0 to 3 years in B2B sales, telesales, field sales, or sales in real estate, insurance, or SaaS. Freshers with genuine hunger will be considered
- Fluent Hindi and English. Marathi or Gujarati is a strong plus
- Comfortable speaking to owners, directors, and GMs, not just junior staff
- Willing to travel daily across Mumbai. Own two-wheeler preferred
- Tolerance for rejection and the discipline to keep dialling after a bad morning
- Enough tech comfort to explain, after training, what an AI agent or an ERP actually does for a business. No coding required

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
